Many diseases are occurring nowadays. The common disease/virus today in the swine flu or A(H1N1). This disease/virus is pandemic worldwide, so how can we prevent this ?

The best way to prevent such diseases like the A(H1N1) is to become a healthy person. There are ways in how to become a healthy person. It`s just easy to become a healthy, first we must eat foods that are nutritious like vegetables and fruits and not those foods that are not nutritious like the junk foods and others. In short we must have a balance diet. We must drink water at least 10 glasses of water a day in order to be fit. We must have a proper hygiene and have time to exercise. If necessary we must take vitamins. There`s many more ways but this are just the best ways to become a healthy person.

Nowadays it hard to have a disease, so let us maintain our good, healthy body. This way we can fight/our body the harmful diseases.
